inal eligibility for participation in the program is determined by the IVF specialist of CHR “Clinic of Prof. Feskov”

Required medical examinations are conducted at CHR “Clinic of Prof. Feskov” in accordance with program protocols

Management of multiple pregnancy (including twins) is covered under the contract terms only in cases of natural embryo splitting following embryo transfer; elective transfer of multiple embryos is not performed within this program

The program is continued in accordance with the guarantee provisions specified in the contract

Payments are made according to the individual schedule specified in the agreement; no additional mandatory program fees apply beyond the fixed program price defined in the contract

If the programme is initiated using the patient’s own oocytes and later continues with donor eggs, the egg donor is provided by the clinic. The transition to egg donation treatment is included in the programme cost at no additional charge.
