Requirements for surrogacy in Armenia
In Armenia, you will have to pay for each service and each embryo transfer separately, with no guarantee of the birth of a healthy child. With the “Ukraine–Armenia” programme, you pay a fixed fee once and wait for the baby’s birth.
Brief description of the surrogacy process
The journey to parenthood through surrogacy in Armenia under our programme can take approximately 2 years: depending on your reproductive potential (quality of eggs and sperm, whether donor oocytes/donor sperm will be required), your desire to have a child of a specific gender, and your individual preferences. The programme comprises several stages:
Stage 1. Analytical
Stage 2. Embryo creation (2–12 months)
Depending on the service package you choose (we recommend the , you have the opportunity to select a donor not only based on physical appearance preferences but also on genetic compatibility, thereby preventing the risk of inheriting genetic disorders.
Our Customer Service Representatives are eager to help you with whatever you need.
We will provide you with a prepared surrogate mother to whom one embryo will be transferred. The number of transfer attempts is not limited under the terms of the programme: we will carry out as many as necessary to ensure you have a baby. This is our contractual guarantee – you will not be required to pay any additional fees in the event of an unsuccessful IVF procedure.
Stage 3. Pregnancy monitoring (9 months)
Stage 4. Legal support in Armenia (1–5 working days + the time taken to obtain a travel document from the embassy)
Important note for parents with citizenship of the EU: recognising parenthood in your country and obtaining citizenship for the child will require additional procedures. You will need a lawyer specialising in international reproductive law. Feskov Human Reproduction Group will provide you with such a lawyer, who will support your case until your child is recognised as a citizen of your country.
