Comprehensive IVF stage – toward pregnancy

- Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT/NGS-based full genome screening): identification of quantitative and structural chromosomal abnormalities, determination of healthy embryos situable for the embryo transfer)
- Coordination of the gestational surrogacy process with multidisciplinary preparation (medical, legal and logistical support for the embryo transfer).

Medical Supervision of Pregnancy & delivery in Albania
- Pregnancy management based on a structured medical plan, with dedicated support and coordinated assistance for the surrogate mother, including transportation, accommodation and individual living arrangements
- Ongoing obstetric supervision throughout pregnancy and delivery in approved european jurisdiction, with 24/7 medical monitoring and regular progress updates for intended parents.
- Reimbursement for the gestational surrogate covering pregnancy, delivery and her participation in completing all required post-birth documentation for the intended parents
- Access to advanced neonatal care and NICU support if medically required
- Specialized neonatal team and full postnatal care for the newborn

CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING IVF PROGRAM WITH EGG DONOR AND SURROGATE MOTHER PARTICIPATION:
- Final eligibility for participation in the program is determined by the IVF specialist of CHR “Clinic of Prof. Feskov”
- Required medical examinations are conducted at CHR “Clinic of Prof. Feskov” in accordance with program protocols
- The program is continued in accordance with the guarantee provisions specified in the contract
- Management of multiple pregnancy (including twins) is covered under the contract terms only in cases of natural embryo splitting following embryo transfer; elective transfer of multiple embryos is not performed within this program
- Payments are made according to the individual schedule specified in the agreement; no additional mandatory program fees apply beyond the fixed program price defined in the contract
- If the programme is initiated using the patient’s own oocytes and later continues with donor eggs, personalized egg donor selection is based on the intended parents’ preferences
- The transition to egg donation treatment is included in the programme cost at no additional charge.
