3.1. In case of pregnancy is not obtained after embryo transfer – new IVF-PGD(NGS) attempt / new embryo transfer cycle is provided without additional payments;
* pregnancy rate in surrogate motherhood programs with IVF-PGD (NGS) is 55-70 %, frequency of unsuccessful attempt of embryo transfer is 30-45 % respectively
3.2. In case of miscarriage before 12 weeks embryo term – new IVF program is provided without additional payments;
* frequency is 5,8-11,0 %
3.3. In case of miscarriage in term of pregnancy after 12 weeks, which is determined as embryo term 13-28 weeks of pregnancy, new attempt of IVF program starts after compensation 6000€ is paid to surrogate mother;
* frequency is 2,7-4,5 %
3.4. In case of baby death in term after 28th weeks and later terms of pregnancy, final compensation for surrogate mother services (8000€) is paid according to contract conditions;
* frequency is < 1 %
